Refund & Returns Policy

At Auto Vantage, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at autovantage1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
